• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or user accounts
• No GPS location or IP geolocation data
• No device identifiers or advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID)
• No user behavior telemetry, event tracking, or analytics
• No voice recordings, audio clips, or biometric data

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)

PaperPop complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Data Protection Act, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Google Play's strict Families Policy:

• No personal data is ever requested or gathered from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK).
• The application operates entirely without user accounts or cloud syncing.
• All sensitive actions—including camera scanning, photo importing, external links, and store purchases—are strictly protected behind an adult-only Parental Gate (an arithmetic challenge) so toddlers cannot access device cameras, photo libraries, or external websites.

3. Device Permissions & Camera Usage

PaperPop requests only the bare minimum Android permissions necessary to support its drawing and coloring features:

• Camera / Photos Access (Parental Gated): The paper scanner and photo import tools are strictly protected behind an adult-only Parental Gate. They are used exclusively by a parent to photograph a physical paper drawing or select a coloring page to convert it into a digital line outline. Toddlers cannot independently access the camera or device photos.
• 100% On-Device Processing: All image processing, edge detection algorithms, and outline thresholding occur entirely in the device's local memory using on-device computer vision. Camera frames and pictures are never transmitted to any external server, cloud platform, or third party.
• Local Storage: Saved artworks and coloring pages are saved solely into the app's sandboxed local storage on your device.

4. Zero Advertising & Zero Third-Party SDKs

PaperPop contains zero third-party advertisements and zero tracking libraries:

• No banner ads, interstitial pop-ups, rewarded videos, or promotional links.
• No analytics SDKs, Meta/Facebook SDKs, Firebase Analytics, or cross-app tracking beacons.

5. In-App Purchases (PaperPop Pro)

PaperPop offers an optional, one-time digital purchase to unlock the full template library and unlimited paper scans:

• All purchase processing is handled directly by Google Play In-App Billing.
• The developer (bb12ett) never sees, accesses, receives, or stores your credit card details or billing address.
• The purchase screen is gated behind the adult Parental Gate.

6. Data Security and Deletion

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted remotely, no personal data is retained on external servers. All saved pictures, color palettes, and cached templates remain strictly on your physical Android device. You can erase all application data at any time through Android Settings or by uninstalling the app.
